Select your date, time, and treatment type, then enter your hotel name and room number in the notes.

What to fill in

You'll need: your name, phone number or email address, preferred date and time, treatment type and duration, and your hotel name and room number. In the notes/comment field, write in English if needed—we will read it.

Confirmation

You'll receive a booking confirmation by email. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or call us at 070-6602-7784.
